The Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk e.V.
The legal entity of the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk is the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk e.V. The association determines the funding guidelines, in particular selection and education, taking into account state funding regulations.
The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Assembly. An ordinary general meeting is held annually.
Natural persons who pledge to actively contribute to the association’s objectives can become members of the association. The Executive Committee decides on admission after a hearing by the General Assembly. Members do not receive any benefits from the funds of the association.
The Board of Directors appoints an authorised Managing Director for the general management of the association.
